Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be canceled until they are in the Process of Creation. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible within 5 hours. But once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or a reshipment if:
- You do not receive the item within the guaranteed time (1.5 months).
You can request a reshipment only if:
- You receive the wrong item
- You receive the damaged item by our fault
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- you change your mind
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, within 14 days.Go to Homepage
