We ship each of your items from different warehouses. So, your items may be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for customs duties or fees, if any, once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. If the item does not arrive within 1.5 months upon ordering, we can reship your item or refund your money.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes no email will be sent to you due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you need more information about your package, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org by your registered (ordered) email.
